ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

FEBRUARY 16, 2006

7:00 P.M. Called meeting to order.  Present:  Paula Keefe, Richard Gorden , Ellen Abelson and Mark Mazur

1.  The Board took the following action on an exemption application for the owner of

     parcel #121068000 – granted clause 41A

2.  The Board signed a Statement of Entry into Tax Deferral and Recovery Agreement

     for the owner of parcel #121068000.

3.  The Board signed a Tax Deferral and Recovery Agreement for the owner of parcel

     #121068000.

4.  The Board read a notice from the Appellate Tax Board informing it that they had

     accepted our motion to dismiss case #F282428

5.  The Board granted a fiscal year 2000 abatement on parcel #060008000 under the

     authority of M.G.L. Chapter 59 Section 72A and at the request of the Conservation

     Commission.

7:30 P.M.  The Board went into Executive Session.

7:50 P.M.  The Board returned from their Executive Session.

6. The Board discussed the Performance Review and Salary of the Administrative

    Assessor.   The  Board finalized the Performance Review and decided to recommend a             

    3% salary increase for the Administrative Assessor for fiscal year 2007.
